New Courses and Possible Lab Fees

Electrical Engineering

• EE145 review costs; reduction possible ($45 to $30)
  

Costs for some experiments have not materialized. Presently main costs are Nitrogen gas, breakage for some solar cells, wire, printing.

• EE135 review costs; reduction possible ($45 to $40)
  

Main cost is for silver paint, resistive paper, wires, printing.

Computer Engineering

• CMPE118L? - current costs for kits is $100

Propose increase in lab fee from $30 to $100

• CMPE150 - new course taught 1st time by Katia (fall 2005)
  

Propose lab fee of $30 covers printing & network cable fabrication supplies.

• CMPE155 - old course but not dropped (find out if still alive)

Propose lab fee of $30 covers printing & network cable fabrication supplies.

• CMPE174 - new course taught by Petersen (EDA tools, may make boards)

Propose lab fee of $20 + cost for printed circuit board manufacture.
