JBSOE laboratory course material fees (Lab Fees) proposed for 2007-08 academic year.
Courses to review:
New course material fees and changes to existing ones. Changes listed below are currently being evaluated by the campus miscellanous fees committee and the chancellor.
Computer Engineering

CMPE123A? & 123B - change range from $35-150 to set rate of $40. Range was enacted to allow for a variety of projects, however this leads to confusion (what rate will be charged). All students in the class must be charged the same rate, so the range does not work well. A set rate of $40 will be used for printing, general consumables place in the labs. All other materials will be obtained by the students, whom may pruchase some supplies from BELS

CMPE167L? - new CMF of $10 to cover printing in the lab. This is a new course not offered prior to 2006-07 year.
Electrical Engineering
* EE 115 - new CMF of $10 to cover printing in the lab. This is a new course.
