Advanced Planning  Schedule

Instructional Lab support planning for lab scheduling and support is shown below.

School of Engineering hardware teaching labs (BELS Labs) are used for specialized instructional requirements of BSOE Depts.  These labs need to be scheduled with BELS before the due date to the registrar's office so students can register for lab courses, to ensure UCOP lab utilization is counted and to ensure compatible courses with proper equipment for the course are available.

Campus Instructional Computing Labs need to be scheduled with ITS Instructional Technology.  ITS Computing labs in BSOE buldings include BE-105 & BE109.  However there are other campus locations.  

Some labs have course material fee or lab fees.  See UCSC course material fees for a complete listing by Dept and Course number.
